Prof. dr. Marko Debeljak and M.Sc. Tanja Dergan met with the mayor of municipality of Laško, Marko Šantej. Main topic of the meeting was sustainable public procurement.
As part of the Cocoreado project, an analysis of the public procurement of Primož Trubar Laško elementary school for the period 2020-2023 was carried out.
The meeting also discussed the inclusion of criteria for locally and sustainably produced food in the existing public procurement system and the adaptation of public procurement for small food producers.
