The Ministry of Public Administration, the City of Ljubljana, Technology Park Ljubljana, and the International Research Center for Artificial Intelligence under the auspices of UNESCO – IRCAI, organized the fourth consecutive GreenHack hackathon – “With open data to a green future”. Participants were taking part in solving four challenges: Mobility (sustainable travel), Environment (waste management), Food (bee education) and Floods (natural disaster prediction). Our Boško Koloski and Bojan Evkoski were victorious in the Environment challenge, by providing an interactive app for waste network analysis with the prospect of developing/researching solutions for waste management optimization.
