Povzetek

Prispevek obravnava mesto in vlogo večparametrskih odločitvenih modelov v sklopu podpore zahtevnih realnih odločitvenih problemov. Proces gradnje modelov in njihove uporabe za vrednotenje variant je predstavljen na splošnem organizacijskem nivoju in s konkretnimi primeri. Opisane so glavne faze, ki nastopajo pri delu z večparametrskimi odločitvenimi modeli. V skladu s temi fazami je podrobno prikazan razvoj preprostega modela za izbiro prenosnega računalnika. Predstavljena sta tudi dva večja realna modela za vrednotenje proizvodnih programov in razvojno-raziskovalnih projektov.

Abstract

The role of multi-attribute decision models is addressed in the context of supporting complex realistic decision problems. The process of model development and its utilization for option evaluation is presented at a general organizational level and with specific cases. The main stages of model development and utilization are described. According to these stages, a simple model for the evaluation of notebook computers is developed and presented in detail. Finally, two complex real-life models for the evaluation of production portfolio and R&D projects are shown and discussed.
