NRFR – Network reconstruction via feature ranking

This is a method for reconstructing dynamical networks via feature ranking. It is described in this paper. The code is available for download on GitHub.

FIRE – Fitted rule ensembles

This is a method for learning rule ensembles for multi-target regression problems. It is described in this paper. The method is implemented within the Clus data mining tool and is available for download on SourceForge.

Predictive clustering rules

This is a method for learning classification and regression rules for multi-target problems. It was developed within my PhD and descriped in this paper. The method is implemented within the Clus data mining tool and is available for download on SourceForge.

Multi-target data sets

This is a collection of classification and regression multi-target data sets; it was collected from various sources, their descriptions and citing requirements can be found in my PhD thesis on pages 52–59. The zipped archive is available here.

Mars Express power challenge data

This are data prepared for the Mars Express power challenge that was held in 2016. The description of the problem and the original raw data are available on the ESA challenge page, here you can download the data that were used for learning the winning solution. The data set and the winning solution is described here.
